Campaigns connect claims that a team decides belong together. Their evidence and context remain available for review.
Suggestions with human review
A bounded, periodic worker uses multilingual embeddings and HDBSCAN to suggest groups of recent recorded claims within each team. Approved administrators review the suggestions before turning them into campaigns.
Limits of the analysis
Small datasets may produce no groups. Similar wording does not prove an organized campaign, and ungrouped claims remain available. Researchers must establish the relationship using sources and evidence.
